American English Conversations is a highly recommended channel for English learners looking to improve their listening skills. The app offers three proficiency levels:

<ul>
 <li>American English Beginning Level: These articles are perfect for beginners as they focus on one idea per sentence. Each article is 500 words or less and includes explanations of new words in the New Words section at the bottom right. A short story and native voice audio accompany each lesson.</li>
 <li>American English Intermediate Level: Intermediate learners will benefit from these articles, which are often more than 500 words in length. They may include audio from newsmakers and feature more complex sentences and language. Some lessons may even include quizzes to assess understanding.</li>
 <li>American English Advanced Level: Designed for non-native English speakers who have already studied American English, these articles focus on improving reading and listening skills. They are usually over 500 words long and may include audio from newsmakers. Like the intermediate level, the advanced level also covers complex sentences and language. The bottom of each article provides explanations of new words and idioms.</li>
